The Master's Institute

The Master's Institute (MI) is a Christian Leadership School and alternative Seminary located in St. Paul, Minnesota.

MI has two programs: a 3-year Seminary program designed to equip men and women for vocational ministry (awarding a Masters of Divinity degree) and a one year School of Ministry program designed to equip members of congregations in leadership and ministry skills. Both tracks provide three essential aspects of learning: Spiritual and Character Formation, Biblical Teaching, and Leadership Training.

The Master's Institute combines solid academic work with training in ministry skills and the development of character. MI focuses on learning that creates dependence, not independence, and that builds character, not just content. Each student who attends the Seminary and School of Ministry programs have a mentor, and the Seminary students learn by working alongside of a proven Christian leader, serving 15 hours a week in an intern setting all three years they participate in the program.

Our goal? That our students learn to think biblically, live godly, and serve humbly.

Lutheran Renewal

Lutheran Renewal was established to encourage spiritual renewal in the Lutheran Church and to the greater Body of Christ. Our mission is to bear witness to the person and power of the Holy Spirit. We provide individuals and congregations with biblical and practical help for understanding and experiencing the ministry of the Holy Spirit. We do this through congregational visits, seminars and retreats; by counseling and prayer for pastors and church members; through coordination of relationships among national and international renewal leaders; by communicating through our publications and on our website; and through major conferences featuring internationally-known speakers.
