The Contemplative Prayer Retreat is designed to help you develop your relationship with God. It is a time for you to share your deepest feelings, fears, and thanksgivings with you Heavenly Father. It is a time to be intimate.
God wants to speak with you! He wants to talk with you about who He is. He wants to commune with you and to love you. At this retreat you have opportunity to experience your Heavenly Father in many different ways. There is a place to experience continuous worship, a thanksgiving wall where you can write your praises to God, a repentance room, and an ancient practice of biblical meditation called Lectio Divina. In addition you will learn how to be silent, meditate and journal while you experience your time with God.
This retreat is done at a Christian camp over a 21hour period so one can detach from life and connect with their Heavenly Father.
